Kyle Foley has more than a decade of engineering experience at the forefront of the EV industry. As Chief Executive Officer of Range Energy, Kyle leads the company's strategy, technology, and execution. Prior to joining the company, Kyle led powertrain development for the world’s first purpose-built robotaxi vehicle platform at Zoox, and was the lead engineer for high voltage systems at Tesla for its Model S, Model X, and Model 3, along with Mercedes B-class platforms. In his younger days, Kyle could be found building hybrid cars, fixing snowmobiles, and crewing yachts in Mexico. Outside of work, Kyle is an avid mountain biker, surfer, and skier.

Fei brings deep expertise in scaling cost-effective hardware businesses, global manufacturing, and operational excellence. At Range, Fei is focused on industrializing the technology, accelerating deployments, and building the operational foundation for long-term growth. Prior to joining Range, Fei served as President of Flex Asia and the IDE8 business unit in Shanghai, where he built and scaled an organization focused on cost-effective, efficient execution of innovation and product development. A key highlight was his role as President of Mass Market Consumer Products at Motorola Mobility, which contributed significantly to the $12.5 billion acquisition by Google in 2011.

Collin MacGregor is a systems engineering and functional safety specialist with more than a decade of experience across commercial aviation, autonomous vehicles, and heavy-duty electrification. As VP of Product, Safety & Systems. Prior to Range, Collin helped advance Zoox’s purpose-built robotaxi from prototype to driverless operations, developing safety cases, fault-management frameworks, and operational readiness processes. Outside of work, he can usually be found traveling, cooking, or wandering through museums.

Brandon Harris is a supply chain leader with diverse experience across aerospace, automotive, and consumer electronics. Brandon led powertrain and thermals sourcing for the Zoox autonomous robotaxi, developing deep relationships with critical automotive suppliers. At Microsoft, he led sourcing activities for power supply and batteries for the iconic Surface and Xbox product lines. More recently, at Meta, Brandon led groundbreaking projects within the Connectivity organization with the mission to provide ingenious internet solutions to underserved communities in underserved and emerging markets.

Matthias Deininger is an operations leader with experience scaling complex hardware and manufacturing programs. At Range Energy, he is responsible for building and optimizing operational processes, driving cross-functional execution, and supporting the transition from prototype to production. Prior to joining Range, Matthias held roles across operations, manufacturing, and program management, where he focused on improving efficiency, supplier coordination, and production readiness in fast-paced, high-growth environments. His expertise spans production systems, logistics, and continuous improvement, enabling teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Preston is a business management & strategy leader with deep experience in both large, blue-chip companies, and nimble, fast-paced startups across the areas of electric vehicles and autonomous ride-share commercialization. He brings a cross-functional operating lens to high-growth, technically complex environments where strategy, finance, engineering, and execution all must come together efficiently. His prior experience includes roles at CME Group, General Motors (US & China), Cruise, and Lucid Motors, where before coming to Range he led R&D strategy and resource/ investment prioritization for a global R&D organization of >2,000 engineers, with investment and resource discretion valued at nearly $1B per year. His work included corporate & business planning, R&D strategy, strategic & program finance, FP&A, enterprise valuation, product launch & industrialization, sales & operations planning, complex hardware commercial scaling, EV portfolio strategy & planning, capital planning, manufacturing and supply chain investment, risk management, and executive decision support

Michael Pearson has 15 years of experience in enterprise financial management and leadership roles. He has a proven track record of driving growth and operational improvements in both startups and established organizations. Having started his career in the heavy-duty truck industry, Michael’s hands-on expertise spans finance, sales, logistics, and business operations. Today, at Range Energy, he focuses on aligning financial strategy with the company’s mission to support the future of clean transportation.
