Dave is a serial entrepreneur with two decades of deep experience leading innovation, engineering, design and development in new mobility technology companies. As the 12th employee and Director of Engineering at Tesla Motors, he led the development of the powertrain for the Tesla Roadster and was the initial lead for the Tesla Model S. He co-founded Peloton Technology, a self-driving truck technology company. Today, Dave leads the Electric Propulsion team at Joby Aviation.
